Built for producing irregularly shaped, integrally structured aluminum alloy optical module housings with internal 卡槽,positioning posts and intricate cavity features, this 188-ton cold chamber die casting machine delivers exceptional mold filling capability, enabling one-piece forming of complex internal structures and reducing secondary assembly and machining processes.
The machine adopts a newly reinforced frame structure, together with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, greatly improving overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity. This heavy-duty structural design gives the machine stronger impact resistance and better load stability during high-pressure die casting, maintaining accurate mold alignment even for complex optical housing molds with multiple side cores and fine internal inserts. For complex-structure optical modules, this precise alignment is critical for preventing flash in narrow gaps and ensuring accurate positioning of internal mounting features.
Control is handled by a German PLC system with an intuitive color touch screen HMI that provides precise real-time monitoring and adjustment of injection speed and pressure parameters. Closed-loop control technology enables ultra-precise multi-stage adjustment of injection speed, ensuring fast, smooth filling of deep cavities, thin ribs and internal functional features while avoiding excessive flash or part deformation. The built-in fault display function allows quick diagnosis of electrical system issues, minimizing downtime and supporting uninterrupted production for complex optical housing orders, even in high-temperature environments.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers smooth multi-stage injection and controlled low-pressure mold clamping, which protects delicate core pins and fine internal mold inserts from damage. High-quality European or Japanese oil seals are used throughout the hydraulic circuit for long-lasting, reliable sealing performance even under high-pressure operating conditions. The hydraulic die height adjustment system makes mold installation and adjustment fast and convenient, saving setup time when switching between different optical housing models. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces system energy consumption during operation.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers fast, steady injection performance suitable for various complex optical module housing mold designs. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable operating temperature and consistent hydraulic oil viscosity for reliable filling performance, and the machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an automation upgrade.
