Engineered specifically for producing high-density, porosity-free aluminum alloy optical module enclosures that require excellent thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance, this 188-ton cold chamber die casting machine delivers uniform internal grain structure and minimal porosity, ensuring reliable thermal management and EMI shielding effectiveness for high-speed optical transceivers.
The machine features a newly reinforced frame structure with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, delivering greatly improved overall rigidity and load-bearing performance. This high-strength structural design provides superior impact resistance and load stability during high-pressure die casting, maintaining stable clamping and injection pressure throughout the entire casting cycle. For optical module enclosures, this consistent pressure control results in fully dense, void-free castings with uniform thermal conductivity across every part, which is critical for stable heat dissipation and reliable electromagnetic shielding performance in high-speed communication equipment.
At its control core is a premium German PLC system paired with a full-color human-machine interface touch screen, enabling precise real-time monitoring and adjustable control over injection speed and injection pressure. Advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-fine regulation of injection speed and optimized packing pressure throughout the entire filling cycle, effectively reducing internal porosity and improving overall casting density. This results in consistent thermal conductivity and reliable electromagnetic shielding performance across every production batch. The control panel also features a fault display function for fast troubleshooting and minimal production interruption, with reliable performance even in high-temperature working environments.
The hydraulic system operates on dual-proportional control architecture to realize fully programmable multi-stage injection and stable packing pressure, which ensures consistent densification of the aluminum alloy material inside the mold cavity. All hydraulic seals are sourced from premium European or Japanese brands to ensure long-term reliable, leak-free operation. The hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast, convenient mold setup, and an automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces operational energy consumption.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers accurate, consistent injection and packing performance optimized for high-density optical enclosure production. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable hydraulic temperature for consistent process performance, and the machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for further automation upgrade.
