The hydraulic system applies dual proportional control to realize multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping functions, and is fitted exclusively with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals selected for excellent wear and heat resistance under long-hour operation. The hydraulic die height adjustment device enables fast, labor-saving mold installation and replacement, reducing changeover downtime and improving overall equipment effectiveness. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces system energy consumption during operation, cutting long-term electricity costs for every zipper slider produced.
The injection unit equipped with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator provides highly stable, repeatable and accurate injection output, compatible with various zipper slider mold structures and cavity layouts. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains constant hydraulic temperature and stable running status throughout extended production runs, preventing process drift caused by temperature fluctuations and prolonging the service life of hydraulic components and seals. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available to further improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
