Developed for zipper hardware factories running long-term, multi-shift continuous production schedules, this 25-ton energy-saving hot chamber die casting machine delivers stable, reliable performance with significantly reduced per-unit energy consumption, helping manufacturers lower operating costs while maintaining consistent output of zipper sliders and pull tabs.
Built with a fully reinforced machine frame, high-strength tie bars, thickened platens and enlarged positioning steel pins, the equipment features extremely high overall rigidity, strong impact resistance and stable load-bearing performance. This structural advantage effectively reduces mechanical deformation and extends the machine’s overall service life to 15–20 years, delivering excellent long-term return on investment for zipper component factories running non-stop production lines.
It adopts a premium German PLC control system with color touch screen for precise monitoring and regulation of injection speed, pressure and all critical process parameters. The optimized injection profile and closed-loop control system greatly shorten overall cycle time, increasing daily output of zipper hardware parts. At the same time, the automatic pressure relief energy-saving system substantially reduces per-unit energy consumption compared to conventional hydraulic machines, cutting long-term electricity costs for every zipper slider and pull tab produced. The built-in fault display function helps operators identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
The hydraulic system applies dual proportional control to realize multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping functions, and is fitted exclusively with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals to ensure leak-free, stable and durable hydraulic operation under long-shift working conditions. The hydraulic die height adjustment device enables fast, labor-saving mold installation and replacement, reducing changeover downtime and improving overall equipment effectiveness.
The injection unit equipped with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator provides highly stable, repeatable and accurate injection output, compatible with various zipper hardware mold structures and designs. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains constant hydraulic temperature and stable running status throughout extended production runs, preventing process drift caused by temperature fluctuations and ensuring consistent zipper part quality shift after shift. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available to further improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
