The optimized multi-stage injection process targets the complex thin-thick alternating structure of clutch release forks, ensuring complete filling of rib structures and curved transition areas without incomplete forming or cold shut defects. Intelligent parameter locking guarantees consistent structural rigidity of each batch of products, effectively preventing fork bending and jitter during high-frequency clutch separation and combination actions.
The high-performance dual-proportional hydraulic system provides stable high-pressure dense filling and low-pressure buffer mold clamping. It ensures dense internal structure of stressed parts of release forks while protecting precision complex molds with special fork-shaped cavities. Adopting premium European and Japanese leak-proof oil seals, the hydraulic system maintains long-term stable operation with ultra-low failure rate. The efficient hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast mold switching for different vehicle clutch fork specifications, improving flexible production efficiency. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system reduces invalid power consumption and lowers long-term batch production costs.
