The reinforced structure effectively suppresses thin-wall mold deformation and molten aluminum splashing during high-pressure forming, ensuring uniform thin-wall thickness and ultra-low internal porosity of robot shell castings. Adopting advanced German PLC intelligent control core and color human-machine interactive touch screen, the machine simplifies complex electrical circuits and realizes intelligent parameter management. The independent closed-loop control system supports real-time precise adjustment of injection speed and pressure, realizing fast and uniform filling of large-area thin-wall shell cavities. It completely eliminates surface pinholes, shrinkage marks and flow lines, providing high-quality blank parts for subsequent surface spraying and oxidation treatment. The equipment maintains stable operation in high-temperature workshop environments, and the built-in fault display function can quickly feed back electrical and hydraulic abnormalities to ensure non-stop production.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system realizes programmable multi-stage thin-wall fast injection and low-pressure anti-collision mold clamping, which improves lightweight forming efficiency while protecting precision shell molds. The whole machine is equipped with high-quality European and Japanese oil seals to ensure stable and leak-free hydraulic operation for a long time, reducing daily maintenance frequency. The hydraulic die height adjustment system realizes fast mold replacement and parameter debugging, greatly shortening the switching cycle of different robot shell styles. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces idle energy consumption, realizing high-efficiency and energy-saving lightweight batch production.
The precision clamping and die height adjustment device ensures uniform mold stress and stable positioning, avoiding thin-wall shell warping, edge deformation and uneven wall thickness. The injection system composed of high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators provides stable and adjustable injection speed, adapting to various large-area thin-wall shell mold designs for industrial robots. Matched with an efficient oil cooling system, the equipment keeps the hydraulic system in a constant temperature and stable state during long-term mass production, ensuring consistent lightweight forming quality.
