Focused on producing high-strength and impact-resistant zinc alloy mixed door lock structural parts such as lock bodies, fixed brackets and anti-collision lock frames, this 280T hot chamber die casting machine produces high-density, porosity-free zinc alloy castings. The finished lock parts have excellent structural toughness and compression resistance, effectively avoiding fracture and deformation during long-term opening and closing, meeting the durable use standards of engineering and household mixed door locks.
The equipment adopts a newly upgraded reinforced frame structure, with high-strength alloy tie bars, enlarged thickened steel pins and thickened high-load platens, which greatly improves the overall rigidity and ultimate load-bearing capacity of the machine. The high-rigidity structural design significantly enhances impact resistance and pressure stability during high-pressure die casting, minimizes mechanical fatigue and deformation during long-term heavy-load operation, effectively extending the equipment service life. It is specially suitable for continuous production of thick-wall and high-strength zinc alloy mixed door lock structural parts with complex stress structures.
Equipped with imported German PLC core and full-color human-machine interaction touch screen, the machine supports real-time precise monitoring and dynamic adjustment of injection speed and pressure. The advanced closed-loop control technology realizes ultra-fine grading adjustment of the injection process, ensuring dense filling of thick-wall lock structures and eliminating internal porosity and shrinkage cavities. It effectively improves the structural strength and impact resistance of door lock parts. The optimized electrical circuit is simple and stable, adapting to high-temperature industrial production environments, and the intelligent fault display system quickly locates equipment faults to reduce production downtime.
The hydraulic system adopts dual-proportional intelligent control to realize multi-stage high-pressure filling and low-pressure buffer mold clamping, ensuring compact internal structure of lock body castings and uniform stress distribution. All hydraulic sealing components are imported from Europe and Japan, with excellent wear resistance and leak-proof performance, ensuring long-term stable hydraulic operation. The hydraulic die height adjustment system is convenient and efficient for mold installation and debugging, saving labor and time costs for structural mold replacement. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving function reduces system operating load and energy consumption, realizing green and efficient production.
The professional clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform mold stress and stable positioning accuracy, preventing mold offset caused by high-pressure injection. The high-flow valve and precision piston accumulator injection device provides stable and lasting injection pressure, perfectly adapting to various complex structural mold designs of mixed door locks. The built-in efficient oil cooling system stabilizes hydraulic temperature and ensures consistent product quality in long-term production. The equipment has a long service life of 15–20 years, and an optional mold cleaning mechanical arm is available for automated production upgrade.
