Adopting high-quality European and Japanese oil seals, the hydraulic system operates stably without leakage for a long time. The hydraulic die height adjustment system greatly shortens the mold replacement and debugging cycle, improving the production efficiency of multi-style badge orders. The built-in automatic pressure relief energy-saving system effectively reduces energy consumption and lowers comprehensive production costs.

The uniform-stress clamping and stable positioning device ensures accurate mold closing and stable molding of different specifications of badge molds.
