Adopting advanced closed-loop control technology, it realizes micro-precise adjustment of injection parameters throughout the filling process, ensuring uniform metal fluid filling in each mold cavity of multi-cavity badge molds. It completely avoids defective problems such as incomplete filling, uneven thickness, and blurred patterns in batch badge production, stabilizing batch consistency of finished products.
The hydraulic system adopts dual-proportional control, supporting programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping functions. Fitted with high-quality European and Japanese imported oil seals, the hydraulic system maintains zero-leakage and stable operation for a long time. Equipped with a hydraulic die height adjustment system, it greatly simplifies mold installation, debugging and replacement procedures, saving a lot of time and labor costs for frequent mold switching of different badge styles. The built-in automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces invalid energy consumption during equipment operation, effectively lowering the unit production cost of badges.
The professional clamping and die height adjustment device ensures uniform stress distribution and ultra-stable mold positioning, avoiding mold offset and flash defects in large-batch production. The high-flow valve and precision piston accumulator injection device provides stable and accurate injection force, compatible with all types of complex badge mold designs. Matched with an efficient oil cooling system, the equipment maintains constant operating temperature during 24-hour continuous production. An optional mold cleaning mechanical arm is available to further upgrade automated production efficiency.
