The machine features a newly reinforced frame structure with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, delivering greatly improved overall rigidity and load-bearing performance. This high-strength structural design provides superior impact resistance and low-vibration operation during high-pressure die casting, minimizing surface blemishes and flow marks caused by machine vibration. The stable casting platform ensures consistent surface quality batch after batch, which is critical for achieving uniform, high-quality plating results on zipper sliders.
At its control core is a premium German PLC system paired with a full-color human-machine interface touch screen, enabling precise real-time monitoring and adjustable control over injection speed and injection pressure. Advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-fine regulation of multi-stage injection speed, effectively eliminating flow lines, cold shuts, gas pores and surface blemishes on visible slider surfaces. This results in smooth, defect-free cast surfaces that require minimal polishing before plating, significantly reducing labor costs and improving overall production yield. The control panel also features a fault display function for fast troubleshooting and minimal production interruption.
The hydraulic system operates on dual-proportional control architecture to realize fully programmable multi-stage injection and gentle low-pressure mold clamping, which protects polished mold cavity surfaces from impact damage and preserves fine surface texture over extended production runs. All hydraulic seals are sourced from premium European or Japanese brands to ensure long-term reliable, leak-free operation with no risk of oil contamination that could ruin plating adhesion and finish quality. The hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast, convenient mold setup, and an automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces operational energy consumption.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers accurate, consistent injection performance optimized for plating-grade zipper slider production. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable hydraulic temperature for consistent process performance, and the machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for further automation upgrade.
