The machine adopts a newly reinforced frame structure, together with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, greatly improving overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity. At the control core is a genuine German PLC system with a high-resolution color touch screen, enabling accurate, real-time monitoring and control of injection speed, pressure and all process variables around the clock. The simplified, robust electrical circuit design ensures stable, reliable control performance even in sustained high-temperature workshop environments. The control panel features a fault display function that quickly indicates electrical system abnormalities, helping night-shift operators identify and resolve problems efficiently without extended downtime. Closed-loop control technology maintains precise injection speed regulation shift after shift, ensuring consistent part quality across day and night production runs.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system realizes smooth multi-stage injection and controlled low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals engineered to withstand prolonged operation with excellent wear and heat resistance. The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism guarantees uniform stress distribution across the mold and highly stable mold positioning over millions of cycles, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator maintains steady, consistent injection performance day after day.
Its efficient oil cooling system maintains stable hydraulic operating temperature even during peak summer production, preventing performance degradation and accelerated seal wear caused by overheating. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for customers running fully automated 24-hour production lines.
