Purpose-built for producing zinc alloy badges and lapel pins intended for antique brass, bronze, brushed and vintage finishing, this 88-ton hot chamber die casting machine delivers uniformly dense, porosity-free castings that take aging and patina treatments evenly, eliminating surface pitting and discoloration defects common in low-quality castings.
The machine adopts a newly reinforced frame structure, paired with high-strength tie bars, enlarged steel pins and thickened machine platens, which greatly improves overall rigidity and load-bearing capacity. This robust structural design delivers stronger impact resistance and better load stability during high-pressure die casting, minimizing mechanical vibration that causes uneven material density. For antique finish badges, consistent internal density ensures uniform color uptake during aging and plating processes, drastically reducing rejection rates for decorative vintage products.
At its control core is a genuine German PLC system paired with a full-color human-machine interface touch screen, enabling precise real-time monitoring and adjustable control over injection speed and injection pressure. Advanced closed-loop control technology enables ultra-fine regulation of injection speed throughout the entire filling cycle, ensuring uniform metal density across every badge surface and eliminating hidden internal porosity that would ruin antique finishing effects. The control panel also features a built-in fault display function that quickly indicates electrical system abnormalities, helping operators resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
The hydraulic system operates on dual-proportional control architecture to realize fully programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, which protects delicate textured mold cavities and vintage pattern details from impact damage. All hydraulic seals are sourced from premium European or Japanese brands to ensure long-term reliable, leak-free operation. The machine is fitted with a hydraulic die height adjustment system, making mold installation and changeover faster and more convenient to save time and labor. It is also equipped with an automatic pressure relief energy-saving function that effectively reduces system energy consumption during operation.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers accurate, consistent injection performance optimized for even material flow. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable hydraulic temperature during extended production runs, supporting an overall service life of 15 to 20 years. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for further automation upgrade.
