The hydraulic system applies dual proportional control to realize multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping functions, and is fitted exclusively with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals to ensure leak-free, stable and durable hydraulic operation under long-shift working conditions. The hydraulic die height adjustment device enables fast, labor-saving mold installation and replacement, reducing changeover downtime and improving overall equipment effectiveness for frequent custom order switches. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces system energy consumption during operation.
The injection unit equipped with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator provides highly stable, repeatable and accurate injection output, compatible with various custom badge mold structures and designs. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains constant hydraulic temperature and stable running status throughout extended production runs. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available to further improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
