Designed for lamp heat sink manufacturers running round-the-clock, multi-shift mass production, this 280-ton oil-cooled cold chamber die casting machine maintains stable hydraulic temperature and consistent process performance shift after shift, eliminating quality drift caused by oil temperature fluctuations for headlight, front lamp, rear lamp and spotlight heat sink production.
Controlled by a premium German PLC with an intuitive color touch screen, the machine delivers real-time, accurate monitoring and control over injection speed, pressure and all process parameters. Closed-loop control technology ensures precise injection speed regulation, and when paired with stable hydraulic temperature, it delivers highly consistent dimensional accuracy and internal density for all types of lamp cooling bases, reducing batch-to-batch variation and lowering scrap rates.
The hydraulic system features dual-proportional control for multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, fitted with high-grade European or Japanese oil seals selected for their excellent heat resistance and wear performance. The high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains hydraulic oil temperature within a tight, controlled range, preventing performance degradation, accelerated seal wear and process drift caused by overheating — critical factors for maintaining consistent cycle time and casting quality during continuous mass production of lamp heat sinks.
The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning, and the injection unit with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers steady, repeatable injection performance. The reinforced rigid machine structure supports a service life of 15 to 20 years under continuous production conditions. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for fully automated production cells.
