Imported European and Japanese high-grade oil seals ensure long-term hydraulic tightness, no oil leakage and low failure rate. The hydraulic mold height adjustment device enables rapid mold calibration and replacement, greatly improving production flexibility for multi-style lock hardware production.
The high-flow valve group and precision piston accumulator deliver steady, powerful and accurate injection pressure and speed, perfectly adapting to various complex cavity designs and thin-wall precision structures. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system reduces unnecessary energy loss, while the professional oil cooling system ensures stable hydraulic temperature during 24-hour non-stop production.
