This high-performance 88T hot chamber die casting machine is widely applicable for mass production of various small and medium zinc alloy components, including hardware accessories, furniture fittings, bathroom hardware parts, decorative metal pieces and daily-use precision castings. It perfectly adapts to thin-wall structures, complex shapes and ultra-fine surface detail requirements, delivering stable dimensional consistency and excellent surface finish for bulk manufacturing orders.
Built with a fully reinforced machine frame, high-strength tie bars, thickened platens and enlarged positioning steel pins, the equipment features extremely high overall rigidity, strong impact resistance and stable load-bearing performance during long-term high-pressure casting. This structural advantage effectively reduces mechanical deformation, minimizes running vibration, and extends the machine’s overall service life to 15–20 years, making it ideal for heavy-duty continuous workshop production.
Equipped with authentic German PLC core and high-definition color human-machine touch screen, the machine supports real-time precise monitoring and accurate control of full-range injection speed and injection pressure. Adopting professional closed-loop control technology, it achieves ultra-fine and stable injection speed adjustment throughout the filling process, ensuring complete mold filling and uniform part density for complex zinc alloy products.
The hydraulic system applies dual proportional control to realize multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping functions, greatly protecting precision molds and reducing flash and deformation. All hydraulic sealing components adopt high-quality European or Japanese oil seals to ensure leak-free, stable and durable hydraulic operation under long-shift working conditions. The machine is fitted with hydraulic die height adjustment device for fast, labor-saving and accurate mold installation and replacement.
In addition, the automatic pressure relief energy-saving system effectively reduces idle power consumption and lowers overall production costs. The high-flow hydraulic valves and precision piston accumulator inside the injection unit provide highly stable, repeatable and accurate injection output, compatible with various mold structures and product designs. Equipped with an efficient oil cooling system, the machine maintains constant hydraulic temperature and stable running status all day long. An optional mold sweeping arm is available to upgrade production automation.
