This 280T multi-functional cold chamber die casting machine is designed for flexible customized production of non-standard and special-shaped automotive clutch release forks, covering modified vehicle forks, commercial vehicle reinforced forks, asymmetric special-structure forks and customized transmission accessory forks. Standard die casting equipment has poor compatibility with special-shaped fork structures, prone to incomplete filling and deformation. This machine features flexible parameter adjustment and strong mold adaptability, meeting personalized customized production needs of various non-standard clutch release forks.
The machine adopts a fully reinforced universal rigid frame structure, which can adapt to unbalanced stress and complex molten aluminum flow paths of special-shaped fork molds. It effectively resists mold offset and local deformation during forming of asymmetric forks, ensuring complete filling of special-shaped fork arms, irregular reinforcing ribs and non-standard mounting holes. The strong structural compatibility supports small-batch, multi-variety customized production of various special-shaped transmission forks.
Adopting German PLC intelligent flexible control system, the machine supports personalized independent setting of injection speed, pressure and holding time according to different special-shaped fork structural characteristics. It can flexibly switch process parameters for thick-wall reinforced forks, thin-wall lightweight forks and asymmetric special-structure forks, ensuring targeted precise forming of customized products. The one-click parameter storage function facilitates rapid switching of multiple customized product molds.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system has powerful process compatibility, supporting both high-pressure dense forming for thick-wall reinforced forks and low-speed precise filling for thin-wall special-shaped forks. It realizes flexible switching of multiple forming processes and effectively protects customized precision special-shaped molds. High-quality imported oil seals ensure long-term stable hydraulic operation during frequent mold changes and parameter switching, reducing equipment failure rate.
The adjustable uniform-stress clamping mechanism can balance mold stress according to special-shaped fork structural differences, avoiding local deformation and dimensional deviation of customized parts. The multi-mode adjustable injection system provides flexible and diverse injection power output, fully adapting to all kinds of non-standard clutch release fork mold designs. Equipped with an efficient oil cooling system, the machine operates stably for a long time during flexible customized production. The optional automated auxiliary arm improves customized production efficiency.
