Equipped with high-quality European and Japanese oil seals, the hydraulic system operates stably and leak-free for a long time, adapting to high-frequency continuous operation. The flexible hydraulic die height adjustment system greatly shortens mold replacement and debugging time, improving the efficiency of multi-specification standard robot parts switching production. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system intelligently reduces energy consumption during standby and operation, greatly reducing unit production cost for batch orders.
The uniform-stress clamping device and precise die height adjustment system ensure stable mold positioning and uniform force, avoiding unbalanced filling of multi-cavity molds. The injection unit composed of high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators provides accurate and balanced injection volume and pressure, meeting the high-efficiency forming requirements of standardized robot accessories. Equipped with an efficient oil cooling system, the equipment operates stably for a long time with a service life of 15–20 years. An optional mold sweeping mechanical arm can be configured to improve production automation level and further boost output.
