The whole machine adopts high-quality European and Japanese hydraulic oil seals, with super wear resistance and leak-proof performance, reducing later maintenance costs. The hydraulic die height adjustment system is efficient and labor-saving, facilitating daily mold maintenance and model replacement. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system automatically adjusts hydraulic operating pressure according to production status, effectively reducing invalid energy consumption and realizing long-term low-cost operation.
The precise clamping and die height adjustment device ensures uniform mold stress distribution and stable positioning, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy of door lock parts in long-term batch production.
