The hydraulic die height adjustment system realizes fast mold replacement and parameter debugging, greatly saving mold changing time and labor costs for multi-style door lock production. The automatic pressure relief energy-saving system effectively reduces idle energy consumption, realizing high-efficiency and energy-saving batch production.
The precision clamping and die height adjustment device ensures uniform mold stress and stable positioning, avoiding batch dimensional deviation caused by mold displacement. The injection system composed of high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators provides stable and powerful injection force, adapting to different mold structures of multi-cavity door locks. Matched with an efficient oil cooling system, the equipment keeps the hydraulic system in a constant temperature and stable state during long-term mass production, with a service life of up to 15–20 years.
