Metal swan storage boxes often feature complex designs, including curved surfaces, hollow structures, fine feathers, decorative lines, and artistic shapes. This centrifugal casting process provides strong mould filling capability, allowing molten metal to reach thin walls, sharp corners, and intricate areas while reducing defects such as incomplete filling, air holes, and internal voids.
The machine is suitable for Zamak alloy, zinc alloy, tin alloy, and other low melting point metals, making it an ideal solution for manufacturers producing decorative metal boxes, jewelry containers, fashion accessories, gifts, and customized metal crafts.
Frequency Speed Regulation & Electromagnetic Braking System
The machine is equipped with an AC frequency speed regulation system, frequency converter control, DC speed adjustment, and an electromagnetic braking system. It provides stepless speed adjustment from 50 to 1800 rpm, allowing operators to accurately control rotation speed according to different product designs, mould structures, and casting requirements.
The precise speed control ensures stable centrifugal force during casting, improving mould filling performance and maintaining consistent product quality.
Centrifugal Casting Working Principle
The working principle is simple but highly effective. After molten Zamak alloy is poured into the sprue or mould inlet, the mould rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force. This force pushes the molten metal evenly and strongly into all areas of the mould cavity, including thin walls, narrow sections, sharp corners, and detailed decorative patterns.
Through centrifugal casting technology, the machine improves metal flow, ensuring excellent mould filling capability. The final castings feature a dense internal structure, smooth surface, clear contours, fine detail reproduction, reduced porosity and voids, and improved mechanical properties.
