The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers smooth multi-stage injection and controlled low-pressure mold clamping, which protects delicate flow path core pins and fine internal mold inserts from damage. High-quality European or Japanese oil seals are used throughout the hydraulic circuit for long-lasting, reliable sealing performance even under high-pressure operating conditions. The hydraulic die height adjustment system makes mold installation and adjustment fast and convenient, saving setup time when switching between different bathtub faucet models. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving function effectively reduces system energy consumption during operation.

The clamping and die height adjustment mechanism ensures uniform stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator delivers fast, steady injection performance suitable for various complex bath mixer and tub filler mold designs. A high-efficiency oil cooling system maintains stable operating temperature and consistent hydraulic oil viscosity for reliable filling performance, and the machine is engineered for a service life of 15 to 20 years.
