Advanced closed-loop control technology enables fine-tuned multi-stage injection filling, which effectively reduces gas entrapment and internal porosity, resulting in heat sink bases with uniform internal density and uncompromised thermal conductivity — critical for high-power LED headlights and spotlights that generate significant heat.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers fully programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with top-grade European or Japanese oil seals for long-term, leak-free reliability. The clamping and die height adjustment unit guarantees even stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection system with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers fast, stable filling performance that fully forms dense fin structures without cold shuts or porosity defects.
Built with a heavy-duty rigid frame and an efficient oil cooling system to maintain stable process temperatures, the machine delivers consistent high-density casting performance over a 15–20 year service life. A mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an optional upgrade for automated production.
