The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is equipped with premium European or Japanese oil seals to maintain reliable, leak-free operation with minimal maintenance. The clamping unit with precision mold height adjustment ensures even stress distribution and stable mold positioning, and the high-flow valve + precision piston accumulator injection system delivers accurate, consistent casting quality across all types of lamp heat sink molds.
With its robust, durable structure and efficient oil cooling system, the machine offers a service life of 15 to 20 years and maintains stable performance even during extended continuous production. A mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an optional upgrade for further efficiency improvement and labor cost reduction.
