As a highly versatile production solution for lighting component manufacturers with diverse product portfolios, this 280-ton cold chamber die casting machine covers the complete range of lamp heat sink production: automotive headlight bases, motorcycle headlight bases, front lamp bases, rear lamp bases and spotlight cooling bases. It is the ideal all-in-one machine for lighting factories that need flexible production capacity across multiple product lines.
Equipped with a German PLC system and intuitive color touch screen, the machine provides precise, repeatable monitoring and control over injection speed and pressure for every product category. Closed-loop control technology enables flexible, on-the-fly adjustment of injection parameters, allowing quick and seamless changeover between headlight, taillight and spotlight base production without sacrificing casting quality or process stability.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system achieves fully programmable multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals for long-lasting, leak-free reliability. The clamping and mold height adjustment system ensures even stress distribution and accurate mold positioning regardless of mold size, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator adapts seamlessly to different mold designs, gating layouts and part geometries across all lamp heat sink categories.
Built on a heavy-duty, stress-annealed machine frame and cooled by a high-efficiency oil cooling system, the machine delivers consistent performance and a service life of 15–20 years under normal industrial production conditions. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for customers looking to upgrade to automated production cells.
