Its higher clamping force and advanced process controls make it ideally suited for producing complex, tight-tolerance smart lock hardware with flawless surface finish.
It features a premium German PLC control system with a high-resolution color screen, enabling precise, repeatable monitoring and control of injection speed and pressure with exceptional shot-to-shot consistency. The high-performance servo motor paired with advanced closed-loop control technology ensures ultra-precise injection speed regulation throughout the entire fill cycle, resulting in excellent surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances and uniform internal density for smart lock hardware components.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system achieves smooth multi-stage injection and controlled low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with top-grade European or Japanese oil seals for long-term, leak-free reliability. The clamping and precision mold height adjustment unit guarantees even stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection system with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator adapts perfectly to the complex mold designs typical of smart lock panels and handles.
Built for long-term precision performance with an efficient oil cooling system to maintain stable operating temperatures, the machine delivers consistent quality over a 15–20 year service life. A mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an optional upgrade for automated smart lock production lines.
