Perfect for door lock manufacturers with diverse product portfolios and frequent mold changeovers, this 188-ton cold chamber die casting machine offers outstanding platen space and process flexibility to adapt to different lock panel, handle, frame and small fitting molds. Its larger 188-ton clamping capacity and expanded template size accommodate a wider range of mold sizes compared to smaller tonnage machines, giving lock factories greater production flexibility.
It is equipped with a German PLC system and full-color screen interface for simple, intuitive parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring of injection speed and pressure. The high-response servo motor with closed-loop control allows quick, fine-tuned adjustment of injection parameters when switching between different lock hardware products, ensuring stable casting quality and minimal scrap loss during product changeovers.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with high-quality European or Japanese oil seals for long-term reliable operation with minimal maintenance. The clamping system with precision mold height adjustment enables fast, accurate mold setup and uniform clamping force distribution, while the injection unit with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers consistent performance across molds of various structures, sizes and cavity counts.
Built on a heavy-duty, rigid machine frame and cooled by a high-efficiency oil cooling system, the machine delivers dependable performance and a 15–20 year service life under normal industrial production conditions. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm is available for customers seeking to automate their multi-product production cells.
We ensure shipment within 20 days of order confirmation. Our service package includes 2-hour rapid response plus 24-hour on-site after-sales support, dedicated one-on-one technical service, on-site commissioning by experienced engineers, comprehensive technical guidance for mold setup and process tuning, and we welcome all customers to visit our factory for in-person equipment evaluation and process consultation.
