Ideal for door lock manufacturers running precision molds for high-value lock panels, decorative handles and complex frame parts, this 188-ton cold chamber die casting machine features advanced low-pressure mold clamping technology that extends mold service life, reduces tooling maintenance costs and significantly improves production yield.
Controlled by a German PLC with an intuitive color touch screen HMI, the machine allows precise, step-by-step setting and real-time monitoring of injection speed, pressure profile and clamping force curves. The dual-proportional hydraulic system delivers fully programmable multi-stage injection filling and smooth, progressive low-pressure mold clamping. This gentle clamping approach effectively protects delicate mold cavity surfaces, fine core pins and textured surfaces from impact damage, reducing mold repair frequency and extending tool life substantially for lock hardware production.
The clamping and precision mold height adjustment mechanism ensures even stress distribution across the entire mold parting line and highly repeatable mold alignment shot after shot. This directly improves dimensional consistency, reduces flash and lowers defect rates for door lock panels, lock body frames and decorative handle components. The injection unit, equipped with high-flow hydraulic valves and a precision piston accumulator, delivers accurate, stable injection performance that adapts seamlessly to various lock hardware mold structures, gating designs and cavity layouts.
Driven by a high-response servo motor with closed-loop feedback control and fitted with an efficient oil cooling system for stable operating temperatures, the machine maintains consistent process performance over a 15–20 year service life. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm can be integrated for automated mold cooling and cleaning between cycles.
Delivery is guaranteed within 20 days of order confirmation. We provide 2-hour rapid technical response and 24-hour on-site after-sales service, dedicated one-on-one technical support, on-site commissioning by experienced engineers, ongoing process optimization assistance, and we welcome all customers to visit our factory for live mold protection performance demonstrations.
