The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is equipped with premium European or Japanese oil seals to maintain reliable, leak-free operation with minimal maintenance. The clamping unit with precision mold height adjustment ensures even stress distribution and stable mold positioning, and the high-flow valve + precision piston accumulator injection system delivers accurate, consistent casting quality across all types of lock hardware molds.
With its robust, durable structure and efficient oil cooling system, the machine offers a service life of 15 to 20 years and maintains stable performance even during extended continuous production. A mold sweeping robotic arm is available as an optional upgrade for further efficiency improvement and labor cost reduction.
