Engineered specifically for the production of door lock handles, lever grips, pull handles and decorative handle hardware, this 138-ton cold chamber die casting machine is tuned to deliver superior surface quality and precise forming for both functional and decorative lock handle components. It is ideal for manufacturers producing plated, anodized or painted lock handles, where surface defects directly impact final yield and product value.
The machine is controlled by a German PLC with a full-color screen interface that enables precise monitoring and adjustment of injection velocity, pressure profile and clamping force throughout the entire casting cycle. Servo motor drive technology paired with advanced closed-loop control allows injection speed to be finely tuned at every stage of mold filling, effectively eliminating flow lines, cold shuts, gas traps and surface blemishes on curved and decorative handle surfaces. This dramatically improves first-pass yield and reduces the labor cost of polishing, buffing and surface rework before plating or coating.
The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully programmable multi-stage injection and smooth low-pressure mold clamping, protecting polished mold surfaces from impact damage and preserving fine surface texture detail over extended production runs. Only high-grade European or Japanese oil seals are used in the hydraulic system, ensuring long-term reliable operation with minimal maintenance and low risk of oil contamination that could ruin handle surface finish.
The clamping system with integrated mold height adjustment ensures even stress distribution across the mold and stable, repeatable mold positioning, which is essential for maintaining consistent handle dimensions and flash-free parting lines. The injection unit, equipped with high-flow valves and a precision piston accumulator, delivers accurate, consistent shot after shot and performs exceptionally well with complex handle mold designs including undercuts, side cores and multi-gate layouts.
Built with a heavy-duty, vibration-dampened frame and a high-efficiency oil cooling system, the machine maintains stable performance over a 15–20 year service life, even under continuous multi-shift production. An optional mold sweeping robotic arm can be added for automated cycle optimization.
