Aluminum die castings often exhibit parting line flash, gate residues, and edge burrs that affect assembly and appearance. This machine employs spiral tumbling and three-dimensional vibration technology, creating circular spiral vortex motion that fully covers part surfaces and internal blind holes—improving efficiency 6–10 times over manual processing.
Preserves Original Dimensional Accuracy–Non-Destructive Finishing
The vibratory polishing process does not alter the original size or shape precision of parts, making it ideal for precision surface treatment of aluminum, zinc, and other die castings and stampings.
