The 4th generation automatic vacuum centrifugal casting machine integrates the furnace and centrifugal casting system into one unit. The machine automatically completes the following process:
- Automatically pour molten metal
- Automatically pushes the mold into the rotating chamber
- Starts centrifugal rotation while the vacuum system actively removes residual air from the mold cavity
- Molten metal fully fills the mold under the dual action of centrifugal force and negative pressure
- Automatically ejects the mold after casting is completed
The entire process requires no manual opening/closing of lids, ladling, placing or removing molds, enabling continuous automated production.
