The 4th generation automatic vacuum centrifugal casting machine integrates the furnace and centrifugal casting system into one unit. The machine automatically completes the following process:

1. Automatically pour molten metal
2. Automatically pushes the mold into the rotating chamber
3. Starts centrifugal rotation while the vacuum system actively removes residual air from the mold cavity
4. Molten metal fully fills the mold under the dual action of centrifugal force and negative pressure
5. Automatically ejects the mold after casting is completed

The entire process requires no manual opening/closing of lids, ladling, placing or removing molds, enabling continuous automated production.
