Scope of Application
This silicone rubber mold material is specially designed for precision mold making and is widely used for zinc alloy medals, ornaments, jewelry, handicrafts, badges, and other metal products. It is suitable for both small smooth products and larger zinc alloy products with higher surface quality requirements.
Material properties
The material offers good flexibility and elongation, making it easier to shape during mold making and more convenient for demolding after casting. It also has good heat resistance and can maintain stable performance under vulcanization and casting conditions. In addition, it provides good tear strength, which helps improve durability and extend mold service life during repeated use.

This silicone rubber mold material provides a good balance of hardness, flexibility, tear strength, and heat resistance, helping improve mold quality and production efficiency.
Sulfurization molding
First, prepare glue A, glue B and the master pattern before vulcanization. Next, fill the mold with glue and embed the master pattern into glue A. Glue A features high temperature resistance and will be in direct contact with the pattern, while glue B serves as an auxiliary material and does not touch the product. Then proceed with vulcanization: place the glued assembly with embedded pattern into the mold press, which has been preheated to 160°C ~ 170°C, and heat and press until the mold hardens and takes shape.

The press molding machine is used for silicone rubber mold preparation, and the furnace is used for melting metal or alloy, while vacuum centrifugal casting machine helps achieve better mold filling, lower porosity, and high-quality precision castings.
