The hydraulic system adopts dual-proportional control to support multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, protecting delicate gear core pins and precision mold cavities from collision damage. High-quality European and Japanese oil seals are adopted for long-term leak-free stable operation. The hydraulic die height adjustment system enables fast mold installation and replacement, saving labor and switching time for different seat recliner molds. An automatic pressure relief energy-saving system reduces idle power consumption during continuous operation.

The clamping and die height adjustment device guarantees uniform stress distribution and stable mold positioning. The injection unit fitted with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulators supplies consistent, repeatable injection force, adapting to various complex mold designs for automotive seat recliners. Supported by an efficient oil cooling system, hydraulic temperature remains stable during long shift production, achieving a service life of 15–20 years.
